Established in 1983, Architectural Ceramics, Inc. is proud to be a leading tile distributor of ceramic tile, stone, granite & marble, floor and glass tile in the Metro DC and the Metropolitan New York areas of Maryland : Baltimore, Bethesda, Rockville. New York City. Virginia : Alexandria, Falls Church. Larry Sullivan, CEO, opened the first showroom in 1984 about ½ mile from the current Rockville location. During those formative years, Larry acted as salesperson, ordering department, and warehouse/delivery department. By personally approaching each vendor, Larry has forged relationships in the industry that allow us to now bring you materials from hundreds of tile manufacturers.

Since 1992, with the addition of Larry's wife, Betty Sullivan, as President, Architectural Ceramics has grown from one showroom to six showrooms open to the public. See our Locations.

Through dedication and perseverance, Larry and Betty have created a company culture focused on unmatched professional service. This drive for quality pervades throughout the company from sales to the warehouse to accounting to the customer service departments.
