ACCOUNT
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.
As one of the corporate goals of 2008, Architectural Ceramics committed itself to an account development program. This program tailors itself to fully support the individual trade client’s needs by going above and beyond the everyday services provided by ACI. Aimed at both new and existing clients, it provides the tools to succeed in the areas of education, training, sampling, or even library materials. The goal of the account management program is to bring to life the working relationship between contractor/designer/trade consultant and the final end user. It also provides the ability to create repeat business over the long term. This process helps in getting the sales/design staff to be multi-faceted salespeople while realizing that outside visits create opportunity & long term inside sustainability. New and ongoing account development includes cold calling a list of contacts/leads as well as visits to trade account offices.
